Jonathan Gregson has known he’s wanted to be a photographer since the excitement he felt upon seeing his very first developed prints as a child in Angelsey and realising that the shadow from the village postbox showed as well as the box itself. He is now a multi-award winning photographer with over 15 years experience, working in the genres of food, still life and travel. Equally at home in his central London studio as he is on location, his work spans advertising, branding, packaging, books and magazine editorial.

Jonathan has worked with brands as varied as Flora, Harrods, Havana Club, Kashi, Loquet London, Lurpak, Marks & Spencer, McCains, McDonalds, Milka, Rachel’s Yoghurt, Subway, Taylor’s Coffee, Tesco, The White Company skincare, Waitrose and Yorkshire Tea as well as culinary destinations such as Marcus Wareing restaurants, Kopapa, The Providores and Zucca.

His work has also featured in editorial titles such as Cereal, Good Place Magazine, The Guardian, Homes & Gardens, House & Garden, Jamie, Lonely Planet, Observer Food Monthly, Waitrose Food, Red and The Sunday Times as well as numerous books with chefs and brands including Anjum Anand, Cairo Kitchen, Duchy Originals, Madhur Jaffrey, Maria Elia, Marcus Wareing, The River Café and Shipton Mill.

In 2018 Jonathan was invited by the British Institute of Professional Photography to accept their highest award of a Fellowship in recognition of his work in commercial photography.
